The house was clean and cozy, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. the separate lounges and games rooms were a great addition for our large group. the kitchen/diner was beautifully designed and had plenty of space for us all to gather and eat. the outdoor area, including the hot tub, was impressive and enjoyable. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the main town. we had no complaints and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
There were a couple of things that could have been improved. it would have been convenient to have a downstairs toilet.

The location of the hotel was excellent, being close to the beach and pier. The 1st floor living area was spacious and provided a great space for family gatherings. The bedrooms were comfortable with fresh and clean pillows. The kitchen was well-equipped with a large dining table. Additionally, the hot tub on the outside decking area was a fantastic addition.
The cleanliness of the hotel could have been improved, with cobwebs found throughout the property and a sticky kitchen floor upon arrival.

I had a blast hiking, snorkelling, and playing table tennis at this beachfront holiday home with a lovely garden and terrace. Plus, free WiFi! Wow!
Oh, how I loved the sticky kitchen floor, the full bin, and the burning hairdryer. Just delightful!

The Beach House - what a beautiful property! We had the most amazing time during our stay. The spacious kitchen with its big table was perfect for our large family. And let's not forget the underfloor heating, such a cozy touch. The interior decor was simply stunning and the beds and sofas incredibly comfortable. Despite the storm, we couldn't help but admire the hot tub on the outside decking area. The location, just a short distance from the town and seaside, was ideal.
It's important to note that the overall cleanliness of the house was good, although we did find some food crumbs in a few cupboards which might have been missed during the cleaning process.

Could not be improved in any way.

The kitchen/diner was a highlight, with a large table that could accommodate our big family. the hot tub was a great addition and easy to use. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the town center.
The layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms was not ideal, with three bedrooms sharing a small upstairs toilet and only one shower. the cleanliness of the house could have been better, with smeared mirrors, stained kitchen units, and sticky cupboard handles.

The house was beautifully decorated and all the rooms were spacious. We especially loved the first floor living room, which was a perfect family space to relax in. The location was also ideal, being very close to the sea front. Another advantage was the generous size of the beds in every room, providing remarkable comfort for a good night's sleep.
By virtue of it being a townhouse, the bedrooms were on different levels, and with only 2 bathrooms, it didn't quite feel sufficient for the number of people the house could accommodate. the presence of cameras in various rooms, although not in the bedrooms, made us feel uncomfortable and invaded our privacy.

We also appreciated the quick response from the owners when we had an issue with one of the bedroom doors. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel.
